Refund policy

We want every order to land well. If something isn’t right with your first More/Less order, send us a note at contact@morelessprotein.com and we’ll take a look. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and apply only to your initial purchase with us. If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method, and there’s no need to ship the product back. A few things can’t be refunded: opened perishables and the initial shipping charges. Got a specific situation? Reach out and we’ll talk it through.


Damages and issues


Give your order a quick look-over when it arrives. If anything’s defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, get in touch right away so we can make it right.


Refunds


Once we receive your request, we’ll let you know where it lands. If approved, the refund hits your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post it, so give it a beat. If 15 business days have come and gone since we approved your refund and you still haven’t seen it, ping us at contact@morelessprotein.com and we’ll dig in.


Cancellations


Once an order is placed, it’s on the move and we can’t pull it back. Same goes for subscriptions: we don’t cancel them on your behalf, but your account portal makes it easy to manage everything yourself in a few clicks.
