Refund policy


We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try your More/Less items with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve
placed with More Less.
To request a refund or for other service related questions, you can contact us at contact@morelessprotein.com
If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process a refund back to your
original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened-package perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your order. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at contact@morelessprotein.com.


Cancellations


We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers but do provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions directly with a few simple steps.
